InfraOptics is a small agile company with a good experience in producing IR optics and lens assemblies. We specialize in production made from infrared materials such as ZnSe, Ge and Si.
Our production is equipped with program-controlled modern machines from the leading brands, which guarantees high performance and quality of processing. Our optical parts are produced from raw materials supplied by European manufacturers, the quality of which is confirmed by certificates of conformity. The manufacturing process consists of grinding, polishing, coating, laboratory testing and packaging with strict quality control at each stage. Our employees regularly undertake internships and advanced training courses to ensure the high quality of the finished products.
We know everything about IR optics long before it is casted. Development of each model begins with a virtual simulation. Engineers design a 3D model and then take it through all types of virtual tests. Software allows us to forecast, how a lens will act on test benches. When a 3D model is approved, we are sell a tryout batch, which is tested under real conditions.
